The pool is repaid before the operator

This is the claim the whole product rests on, and it is checkable in one transaction. In the settlement below, the capital pool is paid at log index 12 and the operator at log index 15. Same transaction, pool lower.

The ordering is contract control flow, not a convention: JobVault.acceptDelivery calls floatPool.repayAdvance(…) before it transfers to the operator. The two events cannot be reordered without redeploying, and the contracts are frozen.

Recorded because an audit page that listed only its successes would not be one. Each of these is a capability the product does not currently demonstrate.

• No agent purchase has settled through the x402 path.The facilitator client exists and is tested against a local seller, but it has never run against Circle, so no agent-initiated payment has been broadcast.
• No end-to-end run has been logged.docs/spine-runs/ contains only .gitkeep. Nothing in this product claims a recorded full-spine run.
• Compliance screening is a labelled stub.The worker returns decision "not-screened" with stub: true and names no provider. It fabricates no screening result.
